How to order on skinandsoul.be?
When you have chosen the piece of jewellery that you want to buy, select the options available: material, finish, stone, ring size or chain length.
If you choose a ring, to determine the size, use the size guide.
Print it full-size, and follow the instructions shown.
Add the piece of jewellery to your basket.
View the contents of your basket, and check the product(s), the quantity and the total amount of your order.
Enter your details, and the delivery and billing addresses, or enter your username if you are already registered as a customer.
Confirm your order and the final amount, including delivery charges.
Proceed to check-out. Payments on the Caroline Swolfs website may be made by Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro credit cards, or via Mistercash/Bancontact. Transactions are secured by HiPay (www.hipay.be).
You will receive an order confirmation via email, which will summarise the details of your order, as well as an estimated delivery date. You will receive a new email notification, in the event of earlier delivery.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds
You have 14 calendar days from the day following the product delivery date to cancel your purchase.
Any cancellation right must be exercised via an email addressed to info&skinandsoul.be.
You must then return the items within 14 days to the following address: SKIN&SOUL JEWELRY – Martine Hermans-Frisvold – 121 rue Faider – 1050 Brussels – BELGIUM. The purchaser is liable for the shipping fees involved in returning the product to SKIN&SOUL JEWELRY. Any returned item must be accompanied by a copy of the original purchase invoice, as well as your choice of an exchange or a refund.
Returned products must be in perfect condition, and sent back in their original packaging. They must be carefully wrapped, in order to avoid any damage during their return. The purchaser is responsible for the return of the products.
The following are neither taken back nor exchanged:
Incomplete, damaged, or dirty items, or items of jewellery with marks showing that they have been worn under other circumstances than when just trying them on, without the original packaging.
Items made especially to order (a size that is not featured on the website, or a customised item).
In the event that a customer exercises their right to cancel, they will receive a refund (excluding shipping and return costs) within a maximum period of 30 days following their cancellation, subject to compliance with the terms and conditions for returning items.
Country of delivery
Items purchased on skinandsoul.be can be delivered to Belgium, to the countries of the European Union, and to most countries outside the European Union.
If delivery to a specific country proves impossible, the purchaser shall be quickly notified by email, and their payment shall be returned in full.
Products are delivered to the delivery address specified on the purchaser’s order either by bpost or by a carrier.
The delivery shall take place within a reasonable timeframe (usually 30 calendar days following payment or authorisation of the payment, including two to eight working days for shipping), on condition that the purchaser has confirmed the order, and that the payment has been made in full.
Your parcel will be delivered against signature of a delivery slip by the recipient.
In the event that you are out when the item is delivered, an attempted delivery notice will be left in your letter box, asking you to request a second delivery or to collect your parcel from the post office or the carrier.
Please make sure to check that the goods delivered match your order when you receive them, before signing the delivery slip.
Any damage relating to shipping conditions noticed at the time of delivery, or any failure of the product delivered to match the purchase order must be mentioned on the delivery slip (missing or damaged product, etc.).
Any claims must be made to SKIN&SOUL JEWELRY via email within two working days following receipt of the products.
